Zyrtec x Gilt

Brief

In an unexpected brand partnership, Johnson & Johnson approached Gilt about creating a business-development partnership around allergy medicine Zyrtec. The campaign included a photo shoot in Zyrtec’s brand colors, a video with beauty tips from a celebrity makeup artist, quotes from endorser Debra Messing, pop-up booths at Gilt sample sales, and more. I wrote scripts, chased details, gathered feedback from numerous stakeholders—and brought it all together, content-wise.

This spring, combat ALLERGY FACE® beauty challenges like water eyes, a red nose and puffiness with beauty secrets from Jamie Greenberg, ZYRTEC® brand celebrity makeup artist.

The Looks

Daytime Look: Spring Radiance

Description: When it comes to ALLERGY FACE® beauty challenges, spring is all about simplicity. Light pastel and iridescent eye shadows distract from watery eyes, while glowing cheeks and pink lip balm combat the appearance of a red nose. Both simple and trendy, this color palette works well for any outdoor occasion.

Get The Look:

Brows: Combed but natural brows frame the face

Eyes: Light pastel eye shadows (or iridescent berry pink for darker complexions), waterproof taupe liner and waterproof black mascara distract from watery eyes

Skin: A tinted moisturizer creates a dewy look and helps hydrate skin

Cheeks: Baby pink blush and a touch of highlighter lend a fresh glow

Lips: Various shades of pink naturally accentuate the lips

“I look forward to outdoor events in the spring, but I never want my allergies to get in the way.
