Leading national sleep brand Casper brought me on as a consultant to refresh its signature brand voice—or “zing”—which differentiates its offering in a highly competitive, derivative marketplace. I helped the marketing team use humor and wordplay to position promotions as brand events, and elevate the company’s mattress assortment via email, social, direct mail, and other channels.
